This used to be part of the Harborough Rubber Factory and I walk past it pretty much everyday on the way to the station - and if you think this side looks rough, you should see how beaten up it looks from the back where it has a huge pond next to the River. I guess it will be sold with the pond which then gets filled in and made into housing. I wish I had the money to buy it, give it some love and instead of putting flats, develop the space behind into some kind of waterside thingamabob.
