Easily the toughest #parkrun I’ve ever done - really did not want to take it on today so #extrahappy. after beating 25 minutes finally I knew this week was unlikely to be a hard one - to get a decent time and to finish in a reasonable state was good enough. For some reason parkrun is turning into the barometer for my week - next week is a week off then another in London for the 28th.
